Delegates are responsible for making their reservations. PATSKI has set aside an estimated number of rooms. Early booking is encouraged.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Guests may make their reservations via telephone toll free at 1-888-755-6482 or via email at reservations@nitalakelodge.com.

  • Please identify yourself as being with the “PATSKI 2026” group for ease of booking.

  • Reservation requests must be made by December 14th 2025 to qualify for the group rate.

    Please note: guests must attend two dinners at the hotel to qualify for the group rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Refund of 90% of registration fees available for cancellation up to 90 days before the conference starts.

  • Refund of 60% of registration fees available for cancellation up to 30 days before the conference starts.

  • No refunds within 30 days before conference starts.
